The Seton Urban District

Sustainable, accessible, health-minded, amenity rich and forward thinking, Seton isn’t just another residential community, business park or shopping complex – Seton is Calgary's new south urban district.

One of the most comprehensive mixed-use developments in North America, Seton’s plan includes over two-and-a-half-million sq.ft. of office and retail space, a 16-acre Seton Central Park, public library, schools, 1,300 multi-family residences, an active main street, Calgary’s new South Health Campus as well as the City announced regional recreation centre – all serviced by the future southeast LRT.
